Business and industry, fellow citizens, present and future family of 
the student, society as a whole, the student themselves.
They're all customers at one time or another.
Groups are standing up to speak for the customer the student will 
be custodial of too -- the environment.  Think about it.
A customer is more than simply someone who has the potential of 
having a dime wrung out of them, Matt.
