subject: QMODEM crashing Windows

DS>MS-> Does Qmodem has an off-line reader built-in? How does that work?
DS>No version of Qmodem or Qmpro has the OLX 'built in'. But QmPro for DOS
  >'comes with' OLX the offline mail reader. In the Windows version of
  >OLX, it is sold separately.
From the home screen in Qmodem Pro for DOS (version 1.5), OLX is called
up by hitting an ALT M. One can also run OLX as a stand alone
program by changing to the \QMPRO\OLX directory and typing OLX. Since
OLX can be hot-keyed from inside QMPRO and since OLX is included in the
Qmodem Pro software, I would say YES, THE OFF-LINE READER IS BUILT IN.

 * QMPro 1.53 * Misspelled? Impossible. My modem is error correcting.
