      Title: Ricotta Cheese with Nuts

      Yield: 6 servings
    1/2 c  Crunchy peanut butter
    5/8 c  Ricotta cheese
      1 ts Honey
    1/2 c  Chopped peanuts
    1/4 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
  Beat peanut butter and ricotta together until fluffy. Stir in honey,
  nuts and spices. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
