For those of you who may not use the IDE of VP/2 (or for some other
unfathomable reason do not use the VP/2 RTL help file), an .INF version of
the RTL help file has been made available.

Download vphelp3.zip, 270kB, to get the most up-to-date VP/2 run-time
library help file, included in both .INF and .VPH format.
