In your source (I usually place it in the same module as main())
you have to include the line:
extern unsigned _RTLENTRY _stklen = #####U;
where ##### is the stack size you want.
for example, the following would set a stack size of approx. 16K
extern unsigned _RTLENTRY _stklen = 16000U;
