While true, thats a separate issue to that question of what action
can be taken against a user who deliberately includes commercial
traffic in an echo which does not allow commercial traffic. Its not
JUST a moderator issue, particular when moderators dont even get a
mention in P4. If the sysop of the BBS he posted from didnt do
something about the commercial traffic, he could indeed be PCed.
