As we have our home loan with the bank we use for everyday bank
'stuff' we do not pay monthly charges for 'services' from the bank
(online banking etc.)

Always pay the credit card when its due so there are no charges there
either, don't use cash card (use credit card instead, money stays in
the offset account) not charged for paying bills via the internet
(called bpay)
