BM>I have a copy of tm 4.11, that is working fine, except for the printscreen
BM> button. When I hit the printscreen key, all I get is a blank page from my
BM>printer. I used to use this quite often as a way to keep track of
BM>information
BM>in quick hardcopy. I am using a different computer, and a different
BM>printer' t
BM>except for when I am in telemate. I am hoping there is a switch in the
BM>program
BM>that I just managed to miss.
Try to run TMINST.EXE and check the Memory option. I believe you have
EGA/VGA RAM set to 64K which will actually change the video address and
so the printscreen key will not work. So you may want to use 32K instead.
BM>Also, I have a 486 with one meg of RAM, I tried d/ling and setting up tm
BM>4.2 t
BM> see how it worked. I ran tminst, no problem, but i got an out of memory
BM>error
BM>when I tried to run the program. My question: Does tm 4.2 require more RAM
BM>than I have? If so, what does it need? If not, what might be giving me
It requires just a bit more memory. I don't have the exact requirement
for it, bug 512K+ should do.
