I don't give him the grits very often.  Its a special treat.
I have him on pellets and he is doing well.  No weight gain.
He gets fruit once in awhile too as he loves it.
About once a week I give him a few Nutriberries.
haven't heard the bad word lately.  So maybe he will forget.
kWent to the doctor for a recheck on his pscittacosis.  Just a
test to make sure he is over it.  It was a shock something he got as
a baby, or was exposed to.
Someday I will get another bird but for right now I am a one bird
woman.
