I'm a great animal lover, have three dogs, and two cats.  But the next cat I 
catch, walking across the hood of my new full size bronco, won't do it a 
second time.  
Dog owners and cat owners that allow their pets to run at large are the 
problem.  Unfortunately, it's the cat or the dog that pays the price.
