According to recent Telecommunications hearings on C-SPAN, high speed
access, whether DSL or cable is _still_ only available to 7% of the US
population.  

Now, if that 7% comprises 50% of the total Internet users, things are going
to get REAL JAMMED UP real soon!   :-((
