So I clicked on your link just to see if that site exists  and I
discovered something else. I keep setting maxthon as my default browser and
even though maxthon started up when I clicked on the link it then informed
me that it was not the default browser and would I like to set it as such.

So... either where you set the default has moved, or permissions on it have
changed so maxthon can't set itself as the default, or something keeps
taking the default. Gonna have to track that one down.
