I assume it doesn't, I would think that is just motivation (part of degrade
gracefully) in that if you shut down stuff people use then it provides the
motivation to allow phone home. If stuff I don't use degrades, I won't
notice. And shutting down solitaire is a great idea, it's not critical but
it is annoying, it's the perfect choice if you ask me.
