Here is a small Area 51 Bonus/Secret's faq I whipped up. This
information is from people and from my own experiences during the game.

                     Area 51 - Mini-Faq To Bonus Stuff   v1.0
                     -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-   =--=
Kron Hunter
-=-=-=-=-=-
When you put in your quarters, choose ***NOT*** to warp ahead and do not
shoot anything even if they are killing you. When you loose your third
health, A blue good guy comes up.  Shoot every blue good guy and nothing else and
then you will become a Kron Hunter. Resume your normal carnage, but this
time shoot the aliens and stuff and no more good guys.

The first bonus area can be found by shooting out the first 10 windows
outside of the warehouse. You have to be rather quick, because the first
Two windows scroll off of the screen before you stop. Once inside the
bonus room, keep blasting the computer screen. You will find there is
tons
of little glass windows to blow. Shoot as many as you can, reloading all
the way, and watch your Hit streak and Multiplier go ballistic.
Headquarters
-=-=-=-=-=-=
Shoot out the first three blue lights you see in the warehouse, you'll
see one by itself just after the screen moves from the purple rocket
man. The next two are together after your first intermission. They can
be seen really quick and you must blast them fast. When you are in this
bonus stage, blast the crap out of all the aliens that are sitting on
the toilets and at the urinals. You can also blast the toilets, mirrors
and dryers with well placed shots. This is yet another place to make
your Streak levels go ballistic.
Chow Palace
-=-=-=-=-=-
After the First intermission,  you will scroll forwards, get a better gun  and see
some
windows in the distance. Blast as many windows as you possibly can. You
have 2 more opportunities to blast them so use them. When you blast the
final window out, you'll enter the Chow Palace. When in this bonus
round,
be careful of the woman who is strapped down. Blow the alien away and
then proceed to shoot every power-up you can. You will leave with the
best gun  and a stock of 9 Grenades. What-a-Bonus!
Egg Cellent
-=-=-=-=-=-
I am unsure if this is the exact procedure but here goes. When you have
the forklift with the barrel attack you, blow away every barrel you see
including the one that you hit with the forklift. When you get past the
truck, blow the last of the barrels away and boom! Welcome to the Egg
farm. Blow away the eggs and the little aliens you find inside them.
Mega
Streak increaser.
