Have you checked the time of your cmos clock?  Just checking that
when you say realtime clock you are referring to your cmos clock.

The email you sent seems to be 7 hours ahead of Greenwich.

Looks like your ISP recieved it at 9:30pm on Sunday.

Does the same thing happen if you change your command processer
from JdBP to os2\cmd.exe?  Might be interesting to check.

And go into your setup and check your cmos clock.
