Folks:

I've recently inherited the task of maintaining a web page.

The former maint was done with GoLive on winders.  

And since we are all OS/2 users, I was wondering what tools freeware,
shareware, and otherwise might be available.  And I was interested in
getting opinions from folks that have used those various tools.

Your candor feedback would be appreciated.
