No, I got two IDE 2.5 inch drives in mine at the moment, thing is there is only 120 meg total, I want MORE! Anyhow, Amiga takes either SCSI or IDE, I think IDE will be more popular because it's free, all you need is a flat ribbon cable about 1 inch long, or one with two ends and a middle thing all in parallel, thats if you want two IDE drives. IDE is in all Amiga 1200's as standard, you cannot get an amiga 1200 with no IDE, so everyone is getting those 40 meg drives cause they don't cost anything these days ... what $40 ? I like that with amiga, everyones machine is the same, and has everything in it already, and no CMOS, you just plug the disk drives or hard disk drives in and It knows that they are there by itself. Does away with complex installation programs that ask you what display card you have.. and all that stuff.
