the drought?  Shees, I would have thought you country bumpkins
would have worked out by now that droughts and floods are a
normal part of the weather, and if you can't cope with both,
you're in the wrong game, and shouldn't sit on multi-million
dollar properties complaining how tought it is.  BFN.  Paul.
