It must.  It is a requirement any sysop who is in the Fido nodelist MUST 
comply with.  Every Fido BBS must be netmail capable.  Most sysops do 
restrict netmail SENDING capability, because if someone marks a message as 
crashmail, the BBS will make a LD call to send it point-to-point, and that 
can cost $$$. But most BBSes allow anyone who is a caller to receive netmail. 
 Check with your sysop and let me know.  Or I may write him myself so I can 
give you instructions on how to read netmail.  (If he allows it.)
