We are getting error 110 when trying to open files using DosOpen. (
ERROR_OPEN_FAILED ). The documentation has no det ails about what
conditions may cause this error. Sometimes the software will recover. It
is not necessarily caused by interaction between two programs. Question 1.
What conditions cause error 110 to be returned? Question 2. Is there a way
to avoid or recover from this error? Question 2. What is meant by the
phrase 'explicit fail command returned' in the documentation
referring to error 110?
