A DOS box should work but I'm not sure why you would want to load Windows
3.11-- Win 98 itself runs on top of DOS 7.0. When I ran Win98, I had no
trouble running FNOS in a dial-up connection and if I'd been running DSL. I
would have taken a long hard look at Irex.
