A user complained about my system picking up the line and dropping it
straight away and I too put it down to the busy string.

I have changed my busy strings in Bink and Max to simply ensure the modem
is on hook, and then drop DTR.

People will just get unanswered rings now instead of paying for a picked up
and dropped call.
