Yes, found those.

This really ticks me off, first it's no raw sockets, then this stupid limit.
Honest, windows is for children anymore.. I'm an ISP, I have lots of network
scripts that do all sorts of things scanning large segments and such, none are
going to work without hitting this stupid limit.

I have no virus, I should not be handicapped by this limit.
