Well said Kevin!  It is encouraging to know that most of the folks who use 
this echo do see that Kit's position erroneous and unsupported by law.  I 
have noticed a few people who think he's right, and I've noticed a 
correlation between those people who feel he is right with people who feel 
that the whole notion of "collectables" is immoral and a victimization of the 
public.  I guess in the world there are collector type people, and 
non-collector type people, with the latter group disliking the practice 
practiced by the former group.  What can you do.  Anyway, I appreciated your 
message.  Thanks for helping out!
