Hi, Paul. How do you think should be handled the case of an AREA: line, which is in the write place but contains no data? ie, the line is "AREA:CR"? I think you could 1) ignore the area line (so the message would be treated as netmail); 2) send it to an area called, say, "Unknown"; 3) bin that message because it's obviously grunged. I favour 2) but I'd be interested in your views. Note that I've never seen this, but in programming it you need to do *something*. Regards, fIM. * * From now on I think for myself!
