If the file name is actually VPTCP103.Zip, I've seen that one.
It's incomplete and the WWW site listed didn't respond last time I checked
it to see if there was an updated version. Essentially, there is enough
code to create a daemon, but there is no means for establishing an outbound
connection. The application I'm working has to do both inbound and
outbound telnet sessions.
But just in case, I'll go look at it and see if its the one I
already have. I may finish mine anyway. It's not too difficult once you
have the documentation. You import the data types, then you can either
create wrapper functions to call the external functions or get them
directly. It looks like all the functions needed are contained in
TCPIPDLL.DLL and SO32DLL.DLL.
