Use Netbeui/Netbios, and use the same domain/workgroup name on all machines, 
and use simple workstation names.  You also will have to set up the same 
username/password on all machines.  From there, it should be easy.  You may 
have to explicitly type in the full UNC name for resources (such as 
\\OS2BOX1\SHAREDDRIVE) in some situations though since browsing may not 
always show the other machines.
