I have tried to quit cold turkey before and it was beyond miserable. The
lozenges made it so much easier for me to quit. I wasn't crawling out of my
own skin.

Sounds like you have the same problem with them that I did. Being in long
meetings at work, being on a field trip with my kids, etc. The craving never
stopped. That part drove me nuts. That is when I knew it was time to hang
them up.
