PNH toolbar - links to lots of validators (HTML, CSS,...), lots of 
links to documentation, layout and other tools to help to debug,

PrefBar, a toolbar - not only for developers but for mozilla users
Diggler, another toolbar with another helpers for developers (and 
sometime users)
and some more. You should visit mozdev.org cyclic to download new and 
more helpers for mozilla.

EPM is a very nice tool - even as IBM had build and relesed the most 
mad builded in WARP4. Download NEPMD from netlabs.org and optionally 
configure it to your own need - and you have the best available 
developer tool on your system. Use the features of the WPS with it 
right and no other system than OS2/eCS will be able to help you to do 
your work better.
