I use NEPM (netlabs.org). It is a native OS/2 PM Editor with lots of
extensions to write HTML, SSI, perl, CGI, IPF and other sourses
because NONE of all the tools are ready to build a page that will be
right W3C conform at all. I've set up some templates (*.html,
*.php,... to save typing work - but at least, nothing than an fine
setup EPM beats anything else.
Ever when I see a generated page I see something fail.
