Well, Hello Anton.  
I am the moderator of the HAM_SALE echo, and the rules are quite simple.
The HAM_SALE echo is for the posting of messages relating to the SALE or
TRADE of HAM radio equipment.  
No commercial posts,
Play nice, 
No cross posting to any other net, including usenet, etc, without prior
permission.
And the Moderator has final say, no argueing.

We like to keep them simple, easier for everyone that way.
A few echos for talking about HAM radio include AMATEUR_RADIO, HAM, and
