Hi Gerard,
I was searching for such kind of library and I found a CD-ROM with complete
components, utilities and sample codes. (Delphi 2.0) It also contains several
communication libraries. It is called 'Best 32 bit tools for Delphi'. I found 
it in a bookstore
in Eindhoven for about Fl. 30,=....
