Poor old Bob, hasnt even noticed that the reason that applys to CDROMS,
books and modems is because of the unique laws that apply to those, its
got sweet fuck all to do with 'cartels'. You can in fact buy RAM, what we
happened to actually be discussing, at about the same price here as the US.

No wonder they gave him the bums rush out of any area that
had any need for any understanding of this very basic stuff.
