Okay! In this country, if you can use a celluar phone then you should be 
able to get Wifi access too, afair.

Yes I see.. But we use "fixed lines" in this country because of the high 
minute tax on telephone lines.. IF I lived in USA I really doubt that I 
would have a ADSL or other fixed connection.
