  I thought it was a movie.  I coined in on it being real when I noticed that 
he didn't try to shoot everyone with a fully automatic machine gun after the 
speech.

  We were talking about the water restrictions yesterday, the guy I was talking 
to was from Canberra, and mentioned that he got told off for using a bucket and 
trigger hose while washing his car.
  I agreed he was doing the right thing, and mentioned that swimming pools are 
exempt from the water restrictions.  You can fill your pool, yet you can't wash 
your car.

  Interestingly enough, they mentioned on the news that wolarah is the biggest 
consumers of water in sydney, likely to the high occurance of swimming pools.

  We ARE on splong.
