Eh? I have no indication that these people wrote on any other authority
than a titre personnel.

As a matter of fact my own RC, Jan Vermeulen who is listed as 28/0 did NOT
consult the region, so I can not assume he spoke other than on his own.

Jan verey rarely uses the 28/0 aka. He only does that when he specifically
speaks with the RC hat on. if not he simply is 2:280/100. IIRC that is how
he wrote in here.

Giving his support now, does not automatically imply he will vote in favour
when it comes to that.

It is likely, but it is not a God given. His region may instruct him otherwise...
