I did open the ports but it's apparently not enuf.  I even stopped
filtering w/ the firewall and it still doesn't work but I don't now
if perhaps there is more to it than simply taking the firewall to
"zero".  I haven't had enuf time to play with that one.

I plan on taking my wife's laptop down when I go to fix my dad's
system and at that time I will try to access the site I am having
problems with.  I need to confirm that it's not something in IE.
