Hi Kathy, other than the goof balls you saw at the show did you have a 
nice time? We usually take a mock up of the bbs to the shows and let people 
play with it, but will probably discontinue doing this because it was a waste 
of money and didn't really bring that many new members to the system. We 
ever
take livestock there for and only rarely purchase anything there. Mostly what 
we do is to mingle and meet folks and generally have a good time. We also 
sed
to take trinckets to sell (Avian clipart, silkscreening, computer programs) 
but also plan to quit that. We do better spending the money on ads in B-T 
and B-B. Anyways I always find those people everywhere we go, I uaually just 
ignore them because I am there to have a nice time and will not let things I 
really have no control over spoil the day. We once went to a show with a
friend that saw a hybred at the show. She spent the whole day complaining 
about how the bird should never have been admitted to the show, complained to 
the stewards and went on and on until I wished she would just dry up and blow 
away!
