Title: Citrus Tea Cooler

Yield: 1 Servings
3 Tea bags or 1 tbls. loose
-black tea
1 1/2 c Boiling water
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
1 Bottle (28 ounces) lemon-
-lime carbonated beverage or
-gingerale, chilled
3/4 c To 1 cup sugar
1 Tray ice cubes
1/2 c Fresh orange juice
Place tea bags or loose tea in a bowl. Pour boiling water over tea.
Let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain to remove loose tea
leaves. Add sugar and stir until all is dissolved. Place ice cubes
in 2 quart serving pitcher. Pour hot tea, leamon and orange juice
over tea. Stir briskly several seconds until mixture is cold. Stir in
chilled lemon-lime carbonated beverage. Pour into glasses and serve
at once. (makes 2 quarts)

Title: Cocoa Espresso Cooler

2 c Cold espresso blend coffee
2 c Cold cocoa (2-3 heaping
ts Unsweetened
Cocoa to 1 cup of milk)
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Sweetened whipped cream
Combine cold coffee, cocoa and vanilla. Pour over ice in tall
glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
Nutritional analysis per serving: 225 calories; 15.5 grams total fat;
(61 percent of calories from fat), 57.2 milligrams cholesterol, 75.4
milligrams sodium.
