Segmentation fault.  Which brings us to debugging these things under
Linux...  How is it done?  I could get a core dump, which I understand is
fed into gdb, but then what?  Most likely the problem is my Hercules
video, but that's beside the point.  ;-)

Maybe.. what is the purpose of determining bogomips at startup?
Also would swear I've seen kernel code using a port for that.
