 ROFL! Everyone wants to be a water-Nazi. The bit I like best about
Splong, is that no one has asked for a reduction in their bill! They
still charge us for the water we're allowed to use. My fear is that
they'll extend the principle to sewerage... we just pay the bill but
we have to shit in a bucket.

 I don't mind not being allowed to wash my car. I last washed it in
