Didn't help. Still maxing out around 5-6mb/s.

I should point out that I'm transferring from my terraserver, it's linux based
as far as I know. Other machines in the house get 10x that transfer rate as
vista does. I'm going to have to try to transfer between Vista and XP to see if
that goes faster, that may give us more information.
