  It does more than that...

  BlueWave uses a "___" Tear line. Maximus converts that to a proper
Tear line with "---".

  But it amounts to the same thing as a PKT originator. The only thing
after text in a QWK packet is spaces. When you strip the spaces, what
remains is the end of the message... no kludges.
