Chris, the drive arrived in fine shape (nice pkg).  I installed it
today, but have not been able to get it on line.  The driver installs
fine as well as the MSCDEX, but when I have a CD-ROM in side, and try to
access the drive, I get an error statement:
From DOS prompt:  (With a CD-ROM present in the tray)
C:\>dir r:
CDR101: Not ready reading drive R
Abort, Retry, Fail?Volume in drive R has no label
CDR101: Not ready reading drive R
Abort, Retry, Fail?Fail on INT 24

I sent a FAX tonite to the TEAC Tech Support Gp, with all the details.
Will keep you apprised of any developments.
BTW, it's not like I haven't done this successfully before.  {^;
