haha.. there's that.  But IIRC NYS has been like this for a long time.  It's
probably gotten better since President Obama's health care plan was adopted.
Now if for some reason your insurance lapses you can't be refused insurance
becasue of pre-existing conditions, for example.  It wasn't like that before
the Presidents plan.   It's not enough though.  We need it all the states here.

Some people have said that NYS taxes are high.  We don't find them that high.
