VIRUS was started in Z1 and VIRUS_INFO in Z2 (or vice-versa) and as such have 
different distributions.
It is common for some people to have access to one and not the other.
Trying to combine them would probably lead to =more= fragmentation rather 
than less.
Don't fix what isn't broken.
