Michele is perfectly capable of speaking up for herself.  It is your remarks 
which are insulting her by suggesting that isn't so.
 
What has anybody said about Michele that needs to be apologized for? 
 I said that she hasn't been running Opus as long as some of the grizzled 
vets who are still posting in MEADOW.  That's a fact.  It isn't derogatory 
and it wasn't intended to be.
 
Unlike you, Michele has always shown herself to be friendly and willing to 
share her experiences running Opus.  She has talked freely and openly about 
her own experiences, and she has been willing to *listen* to others who have 
had more experience.
