Hi All,

Some more work obviously needs to be done on managing .RUL files. One option is 
to re-instate the Mod Rul submission, which is possible. Any and all comments 
on this subject would be welcome before I go any further.

Since I would be re-coding the Mod Rul process previous corruption problems 
would be eliminated. :)
