I don't consider myself new to this echo.  On the contrary, I've been
posting since June '97 and, too, am well aware of the situation going on
between Scott and others... namely Charles Hunter.  My purpose in asking
Scott the NAME of the department he works for was not to belittle him in
any way.  Although I have studied law for almost 12 years, I am not
familiar with the term "private" police officer.  OTOH, that doesn't
mean it doesn't exist... according to Scott it does and since I posted
directly to him... I care less what others think.
