This is Office Depot Item No. 6788808.  7200RPM, UDMA133, 8MB cache.
The thing starts at $129.84.  There is a link to a referral coupon in
the techbargains.com site,  $20 off up front, so click thru that to get
to the Office Depot site. Referral Code is 94097054. Pay sales tax on
$109.84. Two rebates - $20 from Office Depot,  $30 from Maxtor. The deal
and the rebates are good thru 11/1/03.

I printed out the two rebate coupons while online at officedepot
website, before I ordered.  BIR, there were links at techbargains.com
site for printing them out ahead of time also.

For those "spooked" by putting credit card info online,  it is possible
to select in-store pickup, and payment by check or money order, then
when you go to the store to pick it up, you can change to your credit
card.

At $0.50 per Gigabyte - -  this deal is hard to beat.  I'll make
the 2-mile trip to the store and pick mine up later tonight.  [;-D.
